The Martini, the newly opened bar and lounge, is not just another hotel bar but a place where guests and visitors to the hotel can enjoy afternoon tea and possibly an early martini in this very chic and contemporary environment!

At night the space is transformed into a sophisticated place to be seen, where guests can sample our signature drink, the martini, of which there are 152 on the menu, making this one of the world's longest martini lists. This feat is at present being verified by the Guinness Book of Records and The International Bartenders Association.

If martini is not your drink there are numerous other cocktails on the menu, Champagne by the glass and of course all the fabulous wines of the Cape with emphasis on the wines of the Constantia Valley.
